Spousal Sponsorship with Canadian Children

Hi all,
I am trying to pay my fees online and it is asking if I have dependent children coming with me to Canada, which I do technically, but they aren't being sponsored since they are already Canadian. Should I answer no since they aren't "accompanying" me? Or yes since they are coming with me? The fee is listed as "include a dependent child on your application to sponsor your relative". TIA

No, you don't need to include them for the purpose of fees. Or medicals.
