Spousal Sponsorship question(living separate)

Hi,
I am getting married in March(India) and i am canadian PR. Also i am living PEI, Canada.
My husband is working in Toronto(Canada) with closed work permit for the company.

Since we both are living in two different states and cities, can i sponsor my spouse for the PR?

You can sponsor him for PR but you must use the outland process. You cannot sponsor him inland - inland requires the two of you to be living together in the same location.
