i'm sponsoring my wife under family class -outside Canada- Spousal Sponsorship and i'm living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The problem is when i'm paying online using an American Express bank card, my payment was declined.
is there other way of payment other than online?
i read in the forum that the payment receipt form (5401) is not valid or acceptable now.
i have a family member living in Quebec Canada can he do the payment for me?
