I am a bit confused by the language when reading about the need to include all dependents on the PR application for my spouse.
Since I am a Canadian citizen all of our children are already Canadian citizens (they have certificates, passports, etc).
Based on the conflicting language in the guide [5525] (must include all dependents / cannot apply for existing citizens) I believe that my spouse should not list them on her application, but explain in a letter that they are all already Canadian citizens and provide copies of their passports.
Does anyone have experience to the contrary?
