Spousal Sponsorship Open Work permit FEE issue!

Hello,

I hope someone can help.

I am applying to be sponsored by my husband (Canadian) to be a Permanent Resident from inside Canada. I am also applying for an Open Work Permit at the same time and wish to apply on paper (both forms go together). For the OWP I can't find a portal to pay online for that. I need to include the receipt in with the form but there is no option to pay for the OWP on the online payment area of the website.

Please help!
