Agreed! This is what i said earlier, when it comes to immigration do not leave any stone unturned because they will. Better to get to know your partner above and beyond the "normal" relationship procedures.

Guys!! We never hide things or any grey areas but my previous relationship didn't want to discuss to immigration!!! That's doesn't mean I hides from my husband!! It's just feel something unnecessary!! That's it!

Hope you are not offended. We are just providing our opinions. You can still go to the interview and say the two of you did not discuss prior relationships.

The reason why I feel it's unnecessary because immigration will dig the question like

How? Where? When ? Why? Let's say I have answers all these typical questions

Then why did you marry this person because you want to gain the benefit or all bullshit

They never going to understand the part ' Moving on' that's why I am asking this questions !!!

Hi ,I am Serbian , I got married last month after 3 years of relationship here in Canada, and want to start procedure for pr sponsorship and open work permit! But I am here already 4 months and my visitor 6 months time expires in December! So is it enough just to start procedure will I still be legally here? Or have to extend my visitor status as well though another app extend your stay as a visitor ? Please help me! Promise will keep you posted with my case!

Hopefully you will get your passport with visa 1 month 15 days later because I got my passport 1 month 15 days later from VFS. Don’t worry relax and keep busy yourself in different work. Best of luck for your passport.

Example- What if you had and broke up with your partner (other than your husband before marriage) like teenage love!!”

The answer of this question “No”.

The immigration officer asks you directly about your sponsor first marriage related question or if sponsor had before common law relation.in this matter you have to tell the immigration officer question answer. If you say you don’t want to discuss it will cause of your refusal. For example—

When you feel sick you go to doctor and the doctor ask you different type question. The patient cannot hide his problem and bound to tell everything to the doctor. If the sick person could not tell it properly he/she cannot get well. So the same way you have to tell the officer question answer. Never feel it is your personal matter, you can feel you share your matter to the officer.

In my case the officer ask my divorce reason. I told my personal reason why I got divorce I never feel it is my personal matter I feel if I share it will strong my interview. I got my result in positive. If I feel shy or if I don’t explain it proper way it makes immigration officer doubt.

Your husband here PR or citizen? Do you come Canada in tourist visa? Do you mean that your visitor visa is not expire but your husband can sponsor you or not? Your husband can sponsor you.

Well I have a bunch of photos of us with her parents and out for dinner with her brothers. Also random places like a waterfall, the waterpark and around her hometown. We're gonna visit a volcano and camp overnight. I also just booked a 6 day trip to Thailand for our 1 year anniversary so we will have lots of quality pics to send them.

Hi experts,

I haven't got any email or MyCIC message at all and also I don't check Ecas often.
I went to check yesterday and in my Ecas (Sponsor) both side says decision made!
My wife's Ecas (PA) also says "Decision Made"!

Can I say the application is approved? What can I expect next? Is interview call still possible?
I didn't get any PPR email though.

You must check your ECAS. Please click your ECAS and check the visa office send you any correspond or not. If your application is approved in this situation the visa office will mail or email you. Check your email or mail. Nothing is impossible here and hope you get good result soon.

I don't consider 1/2 interview is a long or hard interview for a South Asian Country;Some have interviews that runs over 2 hours. .
And we asked for an interpreter just to be on the safe side. (I recommend that to anyone whose English isn't the first language).
Without interpretation the interview would have been 15 minutes (half of the time).
Questions that were asked were pretty much what was on his application with a few odd questions to establish reasoning.

We don't know what was meant by a second interview. However, few hours after the interview we got an email to re do the MED and PCC as they were expired in July.

After your interview you got email for re-medical and police clearance. If it happened it means no second interview and you are on the way.

June interview depends on your application story. I don’t know what is your application story and why visa office put you in the interview. Hope you get your GCMS note and what you find in your notes?

No, we dont have interview dates yet(hopefully we dont need to) i was just wondering if the people who are posting here with lots of questions are mostly an outland applicants. My representative told me that we may not have to go through an interview since we are living together here in Canada.
