Spousal Sponsorship Interview Questionaires, Experience, Preparations

The wife and I are gathering information. I am not close to my aunts and uncles at all. I barely know their names and I have not spent much time with them especially after my mother passed away. As a result, I don't or can't really give my wife much details about them.

This is obviously one of the questions they will ask? Should we tell the truth and say we don't really talk about them? Or should I get their names, pictures and make my wife (and me) memorize them?

My wife has her interview this week. I believe that she is well prepared. She knows me very well and I sent her a lot of evidence to take with her. So hopefully everything will be fine. I'll let you all know what happens.

We are submitting more recent pictures, as my wife visited Canada twice in 2016. So we have a number of photos from the 12 weeks she was here. We are including a number of other proofs as well.

Congratulation for your interview date and hope she will face easy interview. If you bring picture then bring a small photo album because big photo album you cannot show the immigration officer. The reason is that you will pass all the documents in a glass wall small space and between you and immigration officer has a glass wall and you will pass all the documents in the glass wall small place. So it is wise to bring a small photo album with you.

@farhana apu and @hasan vai my wife got remdical request now i know the doc office will send the test report to vo but do i need to send any copy of the the receipt of remedical to VO via email or dhl and thanks in advance to both of you we are lucky that we could have such a great guidance from you

Congratulation for your wife medical. I think you do not need to send the medical receipt to the visa office. The clinic will update your medical report. Did your wife face the interview? If she faces the interview you can share your wife interview experience. It will help other and strong other applicant mentality.

Sometime I regret why people do not share their interview experience. Nobody knows anyone and nothing is here personal because interview means some reason or doubt to the visa office.

I never fear to share anything in this forum. I always think it will help other people. If you are honest and confident the immigration officer willing gives you visa.

One applicant told me immigration officer now a day obverse this forum and writing but not in a single moment I stop my writing.

So my request again and all applicant share your experience and try to help other. If you help other and may be one day you will get help from other people.

I know may be you feel stress because still now you get no interview date. But I think you have get opportunity to get extra time to prepare for your wife interview. Hatquach and sjgolfer will face their interview very soon and from their interview you can learn many things. In my case before my interview two Bangladeshi applicant faced the interview and the interview question helps me lot.. Unfortunately one applicant refused and one applicant result I still do not know.

In this stage if you feel stress it will not good for both of you. If you feel stress, it will lose mrs Imabule confident. In my case when my interview knowing at the door I just made my husband crazy and it will kill our valuable time and moment. Later my husband goes to consultant her name is PARVIN and she give valuable advice for my interview and her advice made my interview successful.

Here is wife my Timeline

1 We received your application for permanent residence on October 9, 2015.
2 We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 29, 2015.
3 We started processing your application on December 23, 2015.
4 Medical results have been received.
5 We sent you a letter on August 31, 2016. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Last Week September 14 my wife was on interview and she said it doesnt look too good Because the interviewer said 1 time to my wife i don't believe what you said and sometime his head is shaking left and right. My wife told him to see our new proof of new relationship and he said no. After the interview he's not even bother to take the update police certificated just tell her to go home and wait.

Here is the question he asking that he said he's not believe what she said and shook his head.

What is your husband hobby? My wife answer is book , movie and music

After the interview he didnt take anything and ask my wife to stay home and wait..After 3 days when i look at ECAs and it show DECISION MADE..without request new police certificated or passport request. omg..will they send me a visa refusal letter next ;(????

I find this question in this forum before my interview and it is also difficult question like why your marriage is genuine.

If immigration officer ask if I refuse this application will your husband come and live with you?

If I answer, I will answer my husband will come and live with me. If I answer like that my husband will not come that’s mean we have not in a genuine relationship. If two people love each other and want to live together country is not important, important is that where my beloved live.

If immigration officer ask –

If I refuse your application what will you do?

My answer---

I will appeal or I will reapply.

If your appeal or reapply refuse what will you do?

My answer—

My husband will come and we will live together here in Bangladesh.

I was prepare for this question but the immigration officer did not ask me.

You will get your letter by mail and it will take time 1 month or more. If you are not refusing you will get email for your other documents. But you did not get any email it means your application is refuse by the visa office.

If he doesn't need to work yes he will, but practically speaking, we will appeal or reapply. And just deal once or twice a year visit till you say yes I can come and live with my husband there.

Same, we just wait till you say yes. Or after couple of years then he can live here with me.
