Lawyers if not competent or sincere may even cause much sufferings! My Bay Street lawyer wasted three years on IAD appeal without even trying for ADR. I have lost several thousand dollars for nothing. After loosing at IAD, he insisted that I should go to the federal court!! What a joke! But I just filed new application and got approved in a long process.

Had I been into this amazing forum before filing my IAD appeal, I would have received PR many years earlier.

I just think Jupiter should send more docs to svo before interview.

I would ditch the lawyer personally.

So you applied for family class before 2013 and we're refused and appealed and lost and then filed again in 2013?

Send everything to SVO.

There is no point in sending anything to CPC-M

Hello juwelsingh,

Generally you need to fill up a from name IMM 5744E. pdf. There you see Section A -1. In section A- 1 there you need to fill up applicant full name, given name, date of birth and applicant signature. In this form you see section C -3 there you need to fill up sponsor full name, given name, and email address and in the section- 4 you need to tick email option and signature of representative(sponsor signature).

Most of the applicants are outland that’s why applicant needs to fill the form and the applicant can scan it and send to the sponsor email address. Because when any sponsor wants to get the GCMS note he or she needs this form.

The other thing the sponsor will fill up the web form to get the GCMS note. When he or she fills this web form she needs to tick the electronic papers option. If anyone chose the electronic paper option in this form he or she will get his or her full application update or what happen to his or her application within 30 days.

When you fill up the IMM 5744E.pdf than you need to fill the web form. Here the link of web form

i Just received Email for CIC Singapore , about my interview schedule on 29 September , and you know my family return to canada
this morning from Bangkok , they are still on the way , and i was thinking that i will courier all the photos , ticket and , Money transfer slip
and boarding passes to CIC , but i think i dont need to courier now as i can present on the day of interview please advise what to do as i am
in stress ,what will gonna be happen , and you know ,
yesterday my family visit my office in bangkok and meet all the staff work with me and we took photo , at , and many sight seen place in bangkok
Huahin , in the pool on the beach ,shopping mall ,

please advise what should i do now ,as you have done sucessfull interview , but my case is different as i was approve and then they put me on
interview

I was a previous PR and PR card expired when I was in Bangladesh. When approached Canadian HC in Dhaka, they took interview and revoked my PR status as my physical stay in Canada during last five years under reference was less than 730 days. I was short of 300 days approx. Submitted appeal but in vein. My wife sponsored me this time. That's the story....

i am october 2014 applicant , and received phone call from CIC that i am on que for interview on 3rd July 2015 and
received letter that i am interview on 28 july 2015 ,
and on 30 August 2016 received letter for interview schedule on 29 sep 2016 at bangkok , Embassy of canada
