Hello Everyone,
I had few questions which I needed to ask before I proceed with my spouses application,
1) I got engaged beginning of this year before I received my PR - Engaged in January 2015 and PR received in June 2015. So my question is when I received the landing documents, they asked me if I was married and I said no at the time. So will that be alright, if I declare my engagement when filing for my spouses PR?
2) Is it possible to apply for my spouse's work permit before applying for her PR, and if so can I apply for an open work permit? As I want my spouse to come to Canada asap as we have been away for almost a year and will have to wait more if i apply for PR before applying for work permit.
3) As mine is an arrange marriage, what all documents would I need to submit in PR application to prove our marriage and relationship is legit? What all supporting documents will I need, if some one can help and has been through same process?
Anyone who can help with these questions, will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you once again...
