my Fiance amd I are starting our application process and would love some tips on how to go about it. He is living with in Canada now and I am a permanent resident. He is german and german citizen.
Should we do outland or inland application? He is on a visitor stay right now and expires in April Should we send a visitor visa extension with application. Or will they accept our application by April, and would that mean he can automatically stay during that time? We are quite clueless. Also should we get a lawyer?
