I am PR in Canada. I just got married 3 months before. I am preparing the documents for sponsoring my spouse from back home. Just got my option C printout of 2013. I am confused about the Question-3 Your net personal income for the 12 months preceding the date of your application. I do not know what exact figure i am supposed to put in this line as i was full time student from September 2013- December 2014. I receive OSAP to complete my study. I didn't work for almost 15 months. Now from January 2015 i started job and have 2 pay stubs. so am i supposed to put 2 pay stubs amount? or..? Is OSAP income? any suggestion...

You can include the osap. If you wish, on a separate paper you can explain that most of it is osap because you've been a student.
I only had a small amount to put on this form since Id been working in a developing country and so only made about $5000 the previous year. To buffer this I included a letter from my parents stating that they would help us out and allow us to live with them.

Thanks for your suggestion. Do i need to include my bank statement? is there any income requirement for spousal sponsorship?

No income requirement, but if you are currently employed you're supposed to send a letter from your employer. I was unemployed when I first sent in the sponsorship, so I didn't include that.
You have to be able to prove that you can support yourself and your spouse, even though there is no income requirement. Pay stubs are good, bank statements, letter from employer stating salary/wage, hour worked, etc., if you own a house, if you have family support to help you, any of that is good proof.

so i can put OSAP amount on given box and explain it on separate sheet or just my 2015 income and explain the situation on separate sheet?

There isnt really strict guidelines about this. You can read the guide thoroughly for this question but i don't think it says one way or the other.

Do what you feel comfortable with, BUT either way write a separate sheet of paper explaining you receive OSAP and how much.

If it was me, I'd put the income thus far from your new job, then explain you pay for living expenses before that by receiving OSAP. If you have family support, also within this application paper, explain that they will help you out as well, if this is the case.
