Hello,

I am asking this question on behalf of someone:

Are there any special requirements when submitting the documents to CIC? E.g. IMM forms on top, supporting documents, and then forms with bar codes, photographs of wedding, family photos, etc.

Yeah it's all detailed in the instruction packet, but basically put everything together and mail it in. Just make sure EVERYTHING is in it, and that you have made photocopies of every document you send for your own records.
