Spousal Sponsorship - can I live seperate?

Hi,
I got my PR card six months ago. Sadly my husband and I have been having some problems and are looking to live separately.

1) does this affect my chances of getting my citizenship?
2) he has threatened to file false claims about me to immigration saying he will jeopardize my citizenship. Can he do that or is my PR permanent at this point?

1) No, it does not.
2) No, he can't. Your PR status is not linked to him in any way now. It's yours to keep, until you become a citizen
