Spousal Sponsorship - Adding new born child after medical request

Hello,
I submitted my outland sponsorship application and my application to sponsor was approved and my wife's PR is in progress(biometrics and medical requested).
We had a new born baby on Nov 2nd and we have the birth certificate but passport will take another few weeks and i created a webform enquiry for adding the baby and got the below response on which i have multiple queries

I dont see an" add-on request" entry in the webform's type of enquiry dropdown, should i just chose sponsorship and write add-on in the description?
Should i submit a new IMM1344 with baby as principal applicant? (already submitted one earlier with spouse as principal applicant).I thought only one form is needed and that is only for the spouse
Is it sufficient to update the existing IMM 0008, only adding my child as dependant? Since I dont have baby's passport yet can i say "No" for valid travel document available question in the form or should i wait till i get the passport and fill the IMM0008 later

• A new Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking form (IMM 1344) completed by the sponsor,​
• (If the application has not been transferred yet to a visa office) A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,​
• (If you are adding a dependent child of a dependent child) A Financial Evaluation form (IMM 1283) with supporting documents,​

and

• The add-on requestincluding:
  • your name,
  • your client ID number/UCI,
  • your file number,
  • a detailed letter of explanation,
  • a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
  • if applicable, the proof of payment.

I don't see them asking for a copy of the bio page of the passport. So you don't have to wait for the passport to arrive.

For IM1344, if you read the form it talks about your obligations towards the the PA and their dependants. So they just need an updated one that is signed and dated after the new family member was born. The PA is still the same as before, they just have a new dependant and that's why you need to fill it again.

Yes you can say no for the travel document question if the baby doesn't have one yet. Though if it won't take a lot of time, I would wait for the passport to arrive.
