I am a sponsor, Permanent residence of Canada, living in Canada and currently citizen of India. I have couple of questions as given. Kindly help me through.
1) In the form 5562, should my wife put my travel history besides the country Canada and India or should we mention all my trips to India as well?
2) Does my wife need to update spouse's name in the passport for the spousal sponsorship? is there a problem for not doing that?

5562 is travel history of the applicant, not the sponsor. No, your wife does not need to update her name in passport. If she has changed her name and not reflected in passport, you may want to add a short note explaining that passport has not been updated or renewed yet. If she has not legally changed her name, no need to do so.

Yes you are right, but in 5562 section 2-B, they have asked for travel history of Spouse which is me, the sponsor, so I am getting confused.

This form is used for other types of immigration where both spouses are not pr or citizens. Does not apply to sponsor in spousal sponsorship. If you're worried you can add a letter of explanation that you did not complete as already a resident of Canada.
