I am in need of help and some advice, My spouse and I (sponsor) submitted our spousal application in March of this year online using the PR portal since then it has been returned 3 times. it wasn't until yesterday when it was returned for the third time that I realized that we submitted it under the wrong class and it kept getting sent to the wrong office and there is no option to change this online. I am not sure how to go about submitting If I just start a new application and reupload all the previous documents and receipt of payment or there is a way to rectify this. as everything else on our application was deemed completed except for the documents concerning the address and if he's been to Canada etc which he hasn't of course so it doesn't line up with the inland submission.
If you ran into this problem please let me know what you did or if you have advice/suggestions would be much appreciated
