I'm Karishma, currently working in Canada with a work permit. My husband is applying for SOWP. For CA report, can he show his parents properties plus his in-laws properties (my parents properties)?

Yes, properties not in his name are not his properties. If he has properties in his name only then show them. What is the purpose of showing properties in someone else’s name…not a tie.

Thought you were applying for a SOWP so not inviting him. Your parents’ properties are not relevant and have nothing to do with either of you. You never said you have properties in your name only. If not, don’t worry about including properties and not sure its purpose.
