It takes about 3 to 4 months if you apply in conjunction with an inland spousal sponsorship application

Doesn't sound like it's the OWP for spousal sponsorship.

So your husband is not Canadian PR or citizen, right? The process is very different for family sponsorship (sponsoring family to get PR).

I got a message from CiC to get my medical done after 4 days I again got a message that you passed the medical exam.

Now It’s been a month that I haven’t heard from CIC.
Will my visa be now accepted or still there are chances of rejection?
