My Sister in law went to Canada on study and now she has invited my brother on dependent visa. His biometrics were done from Warsaw and his immigration representative is based in Canada. It's been two months almost we haven't heard back from IRCC. Please help!
Now what can we say that permi is applied from Canada or out side Canada?
And if outside Canada, timelines will be considered of Poland or India?
For Poland, 59 weeks processing time
For India, 12 weeks
Within Canada, 120 days
