Hi All - I need urgent clarification in help.
I am currently in closed work permit and my current company have the LMIA. The same company has raised my wife's spousal open work permit which is underway and it is still in progress and she is yet to come to Canada.
E&Y Immigration have raised my wife's permit and it was raised on 12th April 2021 and biometric was uploaded on 21st April 2021.
Now IRCC shows for applying outside Canada the timeline as 31 weeks for India - and according to it we would have got an result by start of 1st December 2021 or end of November 2021.
But its been more than 1 month and no update - only we can see Eligibility check and background check in progress for a very long time.
We raised Web form as well as it crossed the mentioned timeline and also tried contacting the helpdesk number , but of no use.
Does anyone facing same issue and also received within timeline or after timeline and any other details will be help ful.
