My wife has gone recently from India on international study permit to Canadian university and I am currently working with an Indian govt bank for last 7 years, Now I am planning to apply for spousal open work permit as my wife needs me there for help. But my employer is not ready to issue me NOC/permission.
So my queries are :
1. Can visa officer ask for NOC certificate, if I show my current bank job in last 10 years job history in my application form IMM1295?
2. Can I get open work permit if I show myself self preparing student/tutor/sth else instead of bank job in last 10 years job history due to non availability of NOC? and would it affect getting a relevant job there in canada?
3. I know how to apply for SOWP, but still should I apply through some agent? I mean what is the risk factor in my case if I apply by myself.
