I simply waited. I guess it is the normal processing time now. #12 here shares a very similar timeline as mine.

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me here.. I am a CEC Express entry applicant our file is in process from Aug 2020. My husband applied for open work permit meanwhile he got his work permit approved today. He works in US and has a visitors visa already.

Can he enter Canada with
- passport,
-the approval letter of work permit
-visitors visa which he already has?

or we need to apply for a new TRV for him? Please if anyone can help here would be great!

I'am an international student and my husband submitted his application for open work permit in August but we are still waiting for an answer about the WP, as of november we did not receive any news about it. (He already had biometrics)
Is there anyone who applied for open WP in August or close to August and waiting for reply or granted their permits in these days?
