I'm on Open Work Permit (No LMIA) in Canada and has a valid work permit for 1 yr.I have 3 yrs of work experience in teaching in NOC Code B in India and it is a licensed profession in Canada,so I will not be able to get any job in my profession in Canada anytime sooner. My questions are:
1. If I get a job for NOC Code B but in a different profession like some administrative job then, will I be able to get any Canadian Experience points in my EE Profile?
2. How many points I can claim from my Canadian Job?
3. What are the conditions to get EE Points from Spousal OWP, like
a. How many minimum working hours per week are required to be counted as Canadian experience (30 or 40 hours per week) ?
b. Does the job needs to be Part time/Full Time/Contractual?
Is there something else I'm missing here?I will be changing my career so need help from people who have knowledge or any information regarding same.It seems very complicated and confusing as of how to obtain EE Points from OWP.
