I recently payed my spousal fee online using INTERAC transfer as the transaction using my credit card was not going through and got the fee receipt.
The fee receipt is showing me "N/A" under Name field in PAYER INFORMATION. I am not sure if I need to enter my name in this field anymore or just keep it as it is

Is there anyone having same concern?

There's nothing to be worried about. Just enter you name in the payer information section.

Different fees, but yes. This happened when I paid the fee for renewal of PR Card, as well as citizenship fees. I just put my name where it asks for name, disregarding the N/D N/A. I had no issues for the renewal, and believe it'll also be okay for the citizenship fees as well. :)
