On this website(Sponsor PDF) were I've been getting my PDF for Spousal application on the Canada website, I've been following the tabs for PDF's for spousal and principal applicant and my question is do we each fill out the Forms:
Or is filling one out sufficient for the both? because they are on both sections for Spouse and Principal Applicant

- Sponsorship Evaluation and Relationship Questionnaire [IMM 5532] (PDF, 2.21MB)
Or is filling one out sufficient for the both? because they are on both sections for Spouse and Principal Applicant
