I filed a spousal application 6 months ago.
Last update I got was a pre immigration services email asking me to register in advance for pre arrival services before I land in Canada.

Does that mean application is approved? how much time remaining after this stage?

No, it does not. No-one knows.

It is likely close to approval. Something would have to come up that wasn’t reported to lead to a refusal at this point. Could be weeks to a few months depending on the location and how many other applications are needing to receive final decision and COPR before yours.

it's like 80% your application is approved, it could now take one week to couple of months to get the PPR
