Spouce qualification and Wes evalution

I am the primary applicant of canada experience class category. I have filled and submitted the online application. My wife has done study till class 12th from india , CBSE. In order to get the crs score against her study do I need to do credentials evaluation for her?
I have red couple of threads where they mentioned that credential evaluation is not required up till 12 grade but how to obtain marks/ points against her qualification in my application?

If I need to get credential evaluation done, then how will I get the CBSE official transcript for her, we are presently in Canada.

Please advise and early response is greatly appreciated.

WES does not evaluate CBSE. Try another organisation for WES. I had sent mine by mistake along with my university education.

Thanks, what I know that one has to evaluate only highest degree unless that is not lateral. But since I am trying to get marks against my wife's education in my application.

My experience is with Wes only. They rejected my CBSE educational certificate. You can try another ECA provider.

Wes charges $233 something for ECA per person and with the CBSE education, it will give you 2 points only. Is it worth the hassle and money for 2 points?
