I am being sponsored by my Canadian citizen husband (lives in Canada). I am a former PR. Earlier this year I was refused PRTD due to residency obligation. Now, form 5669 (background declaration) Q 6 e) asks Were you refused admission to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? I made an error in judgement and ticked NO along with other things. Now should I rectify by sending an email to CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca?
