hi, im from Phil. i have a boy friend who had just migrated to Canada a month ago. we've been together for about 2 and a half years now and planning to get married. he wants me to reside there. what visa should i apply for? how could i get there? if ever i could have a chance of residing there, could i work immediately? i am a fresh graduate of bs accountancy.. thank you so much!

A first step would be to have a look on the website of the Canadian Immigration ministerie (http://www.cic.gc.ca). There you'll find all options to come to Canada either to visit or immigrate and also what demands you need to meet to be eligable.
