Sponsoring parents for PR a much longer a more complicated process. The applicants have already been selected for this year. Would research PGP program. You will be required to make a certain amount of money for 3 years and be a PR. The program is likely to be slightly adjusted next year.

If you are looking to sponsor your mother for a supervisa if she doesn’t have one already she must return home to apply. If she already has a supervisa she can attempt to extend from Canada.

If your mother is a visitor she can attempt to extend her visitor status while in Canada.

How old are you? Are you single? Were you included on her application when she applied for PR and were you medically examined?

I'm 41, married with 3 kids.
Yes, my family's names were included on her application but I didn't not undergo any medical examination.

You are far too old to be sponsored by her unfortunately.

If you wish to immigrate to Canada, you will need to qualify on your own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
