can anyone help me? Its my first time to work here, since i got married with a canadian citizen im applying under spouse( including dependent children) my visa will expires on weds but i apply for a visitor record last feb 16, 2019 but no result yet till now. I wanted to submit my application before the expiration of my visa but the problem the “Declaration from Non-accompanying parent/guardian”the original copy i never receive yet and it takes 10 business day

As you have already applied to extend your status then you should be okay; you will be on implied status if your visa expires before a decision is made on the one you applied. So you can wait for the declaration from non-accompanying parent form while you wait for your visitor record.
