My boyfriend and i have been together for 4 years and have a baby boy together. I am on odsp and i was wondoring if i could sponsor him. I know i have a good enough income to support him intill he gets a work permit (which he does intend on working when he gets here) but i am worried it will be denied.

You must be officially married or common-law (having lived together 12 consecutive months), and only then you can sponsor him for PR.
