Hi,
I'm Anne from Philippines. I meet my boyfriend in online website this January 2016. We are going to be a year in our relationship. He visit me last September and sad to say he just stayed for 5 days due to his work. This is not enough for us to be together. So, we decided to be together in Canada. We are trying to get more information on how I can go there with him. He is a Canadian residence. Was working in a oil company and me as a call center agent for almost 8 years here in the Philippines. Due to our work, we can't be together for long. Unless go there with him. I'm willing to give up my work just to be with him. He will help me to go there and he will sponsor me as his conjugal partner. Any help? What are the requirements? For him as my sponsor? Me as the applicant? Looking forward for your response. Thanks in advance....

Is there anything stopping you from getting married?

It's seems like we both want to be sure about it before committing.
You don't meet the conjugal requirements. Conjugal is for people who cannot get married (i.e. it's impossible). These are individuals who are in a marriage-like relationship - and who would get married or become common law - however it's impossible for them do to so. Not being ready to marry because you're not ready to commit does not qualify you for conjugal. If anything, it suggests your relationship is far too new to consider sponsorship.

If you want to be sponsored, your choice are either to get married or to live together for a year continuously to become common law. Only then will he be able to sponsor you.

If you apply as conjugal, you'll be refused.

Thanks, how about if he will sponsor me for to visit him. Will that be ok?
He can't "sponsor" you for a TRV. You have to apply yourself. However he can provide an invitation letter.

You'll need to provide very strong proof of ties to your home country in order to be approved. CIC may be concerned you are using the visa to come to Canada and remain long term - and may refuse the visa. However you can certainly try to apply. I would ask for a short visit (2-3 weeks).
