One of my friends withdraw the sponsorship of his wife because he lost his job and did fight with his wife , but now he find a job and change his mind and he wants to sponsor his wife again. Is there any way that he again sponsor his wife?

he would have to restart the application once again ... and also include an explanation of the withdrawal from the previous application, since that is probably on the records already.
