Sponsorship to nephew for immigration

My aunt who is canadian citizen wants to sponsor her nephew.....his nephew meets those 3 conditions given on cic website...but the last updated date is showing on 2015...can my aunt still apply for his (nephew) immigration? Is the immigration system still running..?

The aunt can sponsor the nephew provided:
- She has no spouse / common law partner
- She has no children
- Both of her parents are deceased
- She has no family members living in Canada

The 2015 date simply means they haven't needed to update the website since then. It is still an active program. I'm assuming the 3 conditions you referred to mean that the nephew an orphan, under 18 and single; if so, then yes, she can sponsor him.
