If the letter you received told you to submit it there, then what is your question?

If you found that email address somewhere, but the letter requesting additional documents did not tell you to send it to that address, then there is no assurance that it will be properly received. You must submit documents the way the letter you received specifies.

Hi everyone. I am new here. I sponsored my husband My document has been received in October 2017, and I was approved in November 2017, Medical has been sent in December 2017, on January 2018, they requested us to sent additional document and from that time we have not received any updates. I even e-mailed Ankara immigration office and they told us the application is under review for background verifications, I even asked MP to follow up and he said the same thing. Does anyone have the same experience? the whole process takes so long for us which does not make any sense to me. I will appreciate if anyone can advise how long we have to wait? Already 19 months passed and we have no clue when it will be done.
