Sponsorship Paperwork being returned for 'Organization and Entities'

Hi everyone ,
I just spoke with a nice lady at the IRC who (after apologizing) told me our paperwork is being returned.
It was received August 12.
Reason for returning to us:
Organization and Entities
Plus it was mailed back to us September 25 to Ottawa from Mississauga and we haven't received it yet.
