So sorry for your loss. When did you apply and have you received approval as a sponsor? Who is looking after him now and in what country?

I applied last week nothing received yet I financially supporting them his one brother is abroad for job.sister is married one brother is out of city for study one sister is out of city for study .he is from pakistan

I guess the question was who is taking care of him now. You can look at IRCC processing times. Usually minor children are processed faster.

First step is you being approved as the sponsor (being eligible). Once approved then nephew's application will be processed.

Could easily take over a year especially from Pakistan. Did their parents pass away recently? They have family in Pakistan so it is not urgent situation like very young child with no family in their home country.

Father was died in 2013 and Mother 2020. Yes but now he is alone his brothers and sisters are away from home.

The fact that they became an orphan 6 years ago makes this case fairly unusual and the situation is not urgent if 6 years after their mother’s death. They clearly must have had parental figures in their life until now what has changed?
