I have a longterm partner who lost her pr status due to spending more than 3 years outside of Canada. Will she be able ro regain her pr status if I marry her? I'm a Canadian citizen. Thanks

She will not regain her PR status just by marrying you. She will have to re-apply for PR status all over again on her own merit, If you choose to marry her or have lived together for 1 year, you can sponsor her for PR status.
