Sponsorship letter from home government

Hi i have sponsorship from my home government. So how shpuld i submit this for visa purpose. And does visa people considers this letter? They wll be providing the letter wit all the deatils and my details with college name of canada and duration of course nd disbursement of funds as well.

Yes it sponsorship letter. It consists name of mine and official letter head.l, collg name and duration nd in how many installmnts the funds are released
