sponsorship in steps

hi......i know that this topic was already here and discuss....but once again can someone tell me...but IN STEPS....what is the process for sponsorship of conjugal partner/common-law..one of that two.....in famly class for outland/vienna/...so from sponsorship application that your sponsor sent...and till the very end. i mean to the point when they ask for your passport or interview...so please in steps....thank you guys......
