In form IMM5481E there are a couple of spots I was looking for some clarification.
- it asks for net income for the 12 month period. I just filled out October 13th, 2009 to October 13th, 2010. Was curious if I understood it incorrectly.
- section 6b asks for every family member not include above and dependent on me. I put one as my 14 year old son lives with me full time. On page two, it says "details of family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect". I added my sons information to the last box on page two, I assume this is what is intended? he lives with me currently, he's not being sponsored.
