I see that Sponsorship Evaluation – IMM 5481 is NOT for Quebec residents.
Would it be still beneficial if I fill it in? or just confuse the application processors?

Why would you complete a document that is not required? Quebec does its own evaluation.

Some how I think, if I "overdisclose" info it'll go better~ but maybe I am wrong~
