Sponsorship Application Package Viewing Issues

I’m trying to get the application package printed out, but every time I try to open the necessary documents (checklist, application for sponsor, etc), I get a “Please Wait” message along with it saying if it doesn’t load, have the most updated version of adobe reader. Doesn’t matter what computer I’m on, I’ve tried multiple (work and home), and I just made sure my laptop has the latest version, but I still run into this. I’ve also tried using both Chrome and IE. It used to also load onto my phone but no longer does. I really need this paperwork and feel stuck because I can’t open to view and print. Any suggestions?

I encountered that when i first downloaded the files. Some suggest that you have to use the Internet explorer as your browser to download the documents; it works for me. Have you try visiting their website using internet explorer browser? Or what about mozilla firefox? If it doesnt work just try it to the different computer/laptop. You can get through this, just be patient

I have tried internet explorer. I never used to have an issue when just getting an idea of what needed to be done. Now that I have the availability to print and actually need them, it doesn’t work. And I’ve already done both on multiple computers ...

just download all the documents and then latest adobr reder too,
after that just right click the document what you want to open and choose open with and next click adobe redaer
its work perfectly

Thanks. Do you know why the Schedule A Background/Declaration form no longer has a working link? I know you don’t submit it with the application and submit it later when asked with a police certificate, but I want to be prepared.

Hi, it didn’t work for me either until I selected the option “save as” on the desktop for each of those forms and basically just saved them all on my desktop and then was just opening them from there and it worked perfectly.
