Is it possible for the sponsored person to make a landing without the sponsor? In a case that the sponsored has job interviews and he doesn't plan to stay this time?

Depends.

If you did the outland approach, the sponsor doesn't have to be at the landing interview.

If you did the inland approach, the sponsor must be at the landing interview. If the sponsor is not there, CIC can refuse to grant PR status or reschedule another landing appointment.

Since both of you are outside Canada, I would suspect that CIC would require the canadian sponsor to be in with you when you come to land in Canada. Remember the sponsor have to convince CIC that he/she is intending to move back to Canada.

If you land in Canada while your spouse stays behind, that can raise a serious flag on CIC. They may raise the issue of mis-representation on your spouse's part of intending to move to Canada. They may feel your spouse only wanted to complete the PR papers so you can land in Canada and leave Canada the next day back to your spouse.

If I were you, I would feel very much safe and secure in landing and getting PR status with your Canadian spouse next to you at time of landing.
