Sponsors name in IMM5406 additional family info

Hello while filling out the IMM5406 additional family info form for PA, just below the PA it asks for spouse who is the sponsor info as well. I know that sponsor doesn’t need to fill the form himself but in the PA version is the spouse (sponsor name) needs to be there

Yes, because you should fill the form from the prospective of the PA.
