IMM5406 Additional Family Information

Hello All,

I have been following this forum for a while & I'm preparing my outland sponsorship application to bring my spouse here.

In IMM5406 which has to be filled by the principal applicant (i.e. my spouse), it asks to list the family details such as spouse, mother & father. Under the spouse name, should she add my name ?

I thought since I am the sponsor, my name should not be included. Can anyone advise ?

I was under the impression that if the spouse is a permanent resident, then his name should not be added. Thanks for rectifying it. Appreciate it
