Can I sponsor my Wife and My Parents at the same time?

No they are completely different immigration programs so you would need to apply separately.

Parent sponsorship is a lottery that happens once a year and wife would be a spouse sponsorship so whilst could have both in process at same time as said they would be processed separately.

Also note that since you are a PR, you cannot sponsor either while living outside of Canada.

And you would need to meet LICO with Canadian income before you can sponsor your parents.
