Sponsoring Wife and children mentioned as non-accompanying

I got PR and also found a job in Canada. I will arrive and start working in August, 2019. When applying to PR I mentioned my wife and two children as non-accompanying.
I have the following questions:
1 - How soon can I start the process of applying for my family's PR?
2 - As soon as I receive my first paycheck can I initiate the process of sponsorship?
3 - I think I have to proceed with the outlander application for sponsorship. How long does it usually take to get the PR for my family with this procedure?

Thanks for the reply. Do I have to prove my economic capability to become a sponser for my family? I read on the Canavisa.com website that I need to submit 3 years of tax history in Canada to become a sponsor, is this true? If this is the case will it take 4 - 5 years to sponser the family?

No, not true. Only read the actual IRCC website when looking at requirements.

Can you point me to the correct procedure to start the process please? I will get all the documents ready and start the process immediately after I become a permanent resident.

Thanks for the reply. Has anyone noticed? When I to download any form from that link I get a PDF error. Does anyone know a way around this?

And these are all paper based applications , right? Is there an online way to apply these like Express entry?

Paper-based only. Try another computer if you are getting a PDF error.

Thanks, I got the forms working in Internet Explorer. I downloaded the forms. I have a few more questions -
1 - When my wife signs the agreement to use my as representative, will I be able to send all the documents together as one bundle along with my sponsership document?
2 - Can I get everything filled now, get them signed by my wife and manually put in the dates with a pen before I send the application?
