Sponsoring Spouse Outland

Im sponsoring my spouse as an outland application. We are from eastern europe. My wife is currently with me in Canada. Outland application seem to be processed faster. Can this be done? How would the application be filled out if she is living with me.

Yep it's done no problem. Just fill out the forms as usual. For addresses, she can even use her current Canadian address as home address.

Just be aware that your wife will need to maintain legal status in Canada during the entire processing time if she wants to stay in Canada, since there is no implied status with outland. If she can't renew her visitor or other visa when it expires... she'll need to return to her home country to wait out the processing.

Then she would be staying here illegally. Others will need to advise what any repercussions are for that.
